1.   We require a 50% deposit to begin job & a signed contract.  Change orders must be signed & returned in order for work to be completed.  Balance is due upon completion of job.
2.   Sales tax must be added, unless an exemption certificate is provided.
3.   Our estimates do not include cost of removing any existing tops, unless indicated.  Brey is not responsible for damage to cabinets due to tear-out.
4.   Our estimates only apply to the job described and are subject to field measure.
5.   Unless otherwise specified, our estimates are based on 2cm (3/4″) slabs.
6.   Brey cannot begin fabrication of a job until we are able to template, after cabinets are installed.
7.   Brey does not do plumbing or electric work, ie. disconnects & reconnects.
8.   Unless otherwise specified, our estimates do not include wood subtops.
9.   Brey is not responsible for any additional supports needed to support granite, unless specified in contract.
10. Natural stone products will contain blemishes which are characteristic of stone.  These characteristics may be color variations, irregular markings, lines or veins that may at times appear to be cracks, but in fact are a natural part of the stone and will always be present to some degree.  We are not responsible for these variations.
